About the Inn
The Hilty Inn is a historical 2 story home built in 1877 by
John & Margaret Lumpee. It is a Victorian Style with porches
with gingerbread detail on the front, on the back side of
the house is a two story screened in veranda.

1843. It barely made it through the civil war. This town was
very active in the area, folks came here for supplies,
business dealings and social events.
